Every castle we hire comes with a safety certificate and is tested and inspected yearly by an independent Safety inspector, so safety is our top priority for you and your children ✅.
What to expect when you hire with us
- Simple online booking 24/7 — follow the step-by-step process to check availability and reserve your date 🖥️.
- All prices include delivery, professional setup and collection — no hidden fees 🚚.
- Outdoor delivery window: between 7:30am and 11:30am; we collect after 6pm. Late collection up to 9pm or overnight hire available for an extra charge ⏰.
- Indoor hires: we can drop off and set up at a time that suits you — please allow an extra 30 minutes for setup indoors 🏠.
Booking, payment & bad weather

If bad weather forces a cancellation, there is no charge — we can move your deposit to a new date. We also reserve the right to cancel on the day for safety and will contact you to discuss options ☔.
