About Us
Welcome to DC Bouncy Castles — we're a family-run bouncy castle and soft play hire company based in Lichfield, Staffordshire, proudly serving our local communities since 2007. What began with one castle in our driveway has grown into a small team of friendly faces who love helping families, schools and businesses throw memorable events. 🎉🏰
Our team believes that every party, fair or corporate family day deserves safe, clean and reliable inflatables. We deliver and set up your chosen equipment with care, taking the stress off your shoulders so you can enjoy the celebration. From toddlers' first bounce to big kids at heart, we have something to suit all ages and occasions — and we keep getting bigger and better each year. 👪
Safety & Cleanliness — Our Top Priorities
The health and safety of our customers is our number one priority. All of our inflatables are safety tested annually by competent persons, as recommended by the HSE, and hold current certificates with recognised bodies such as PIPA or RPII. Electricals are PAT tested every three months, and we carry £5 million public liability insurance to give you complete peace of mind. 🛡️
We also take cleanliness seriously. Our equipment is cleaned and inspected after every hire so it reaches your event in the best possible condition. We pride ourselves on keeping everything to the highest standard — spotless, safe and ready for fun. 🧼
What We Hire
- Bouncy castles for all ages — themed options available 🏰
- Soft play areas for toddlers and nurseries
- Inflatable games and challenges for parties and corporate events
- Combos and obstacle courses for bigger events
Documentation & Compliance
All our inflatables hold current safety test certificates as required by law. We maintain up-to-date records including safety test certificates, risk assessments, method statements, PAT testing paperwork and public liability insurance documents. The HSE recommends annual testing by a competent person, and we adhere to that guidance to keep our kit compliant and your guests safe.
