- How do I book?
The preferred method is our online booking system or phone, alternatively you can email us at: email@example.com?
- How much notice do I need to give you before a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy ?especially during the holidays and summer months so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment during those times.
- When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays.
- Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes DC Entertainments has £5 million pounds full Public Liability Insurance. All current safety and insurance documents are available to see on request. All our equipment has been PAT Tested!
- Do you do both indoor & outdoor events?
Yes, for outdoor events rain covers / sun shades are provided for the all arched and enclosed castles as well as a cover for the bouncy castle blower which is suitable in event of light rain.
- What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery but a small charge will be charged for out of area deliveries. You will also receive a blower, extension cable with RCD safety plug, and safety crash mats, the price also includes setting up the inflatable and collection.
- What if I need to cancel?
There is NO cancellation fee for bad weather, you can cancel at anytime up to the ?morning. Cancellations must be made asap by phone please as emails are not always received. There is however a 2?0% non refundable ?booking fee on all bookings,
- How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash or card on delivery, we do not accept cheques. Cheques WILL NOT be accepted on the day.
- Do I have to pay a deposit/booking fee?
?Yes We have a £10 ?booking fee for the hire of ?our equipment this can be paid by card over the phone or though our web site.
- Can you provide supervisors for my event?
Yes thats not a problem please contact us for more information.
- How much space do I need to leave for the castle?
We need at least 3?.5ft wide clear access to deliver most ?inflatables. Please contact us if you are not sure.
You will need to allow a minimum of 5ft at the Front of castle and ??3 foot either side. This is to allow access and the blower at rear.
Please make sure all dog mess, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the ?inflatable is to be sited. We Will Not set up if there is dog mess.
At busy times we are unable to wait for the area to be cleared as we will have other deliveries. Therefore, so not to disappoint other customers, we may have to return at the end of the deliveries to set up your castle.
- What time do you deliver and collect the ?inflatable?
Deliveries and collections times are flexible, although typically delivery is made between ?7.30am and 11.30am and collection around 6pm. although pick up time can be arranged later, but this needs to be arranged when you book. If you have booked a hall for your party we can accommodate special delivery times providing it is confirmed at time of booking.
- Can you deliver with no side entrance and take castle though the house?
Only if someone is available to help lifting. Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect and use large sack trucks to move them. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed.... sometimes on your carpet!
- Can you set up on concrete/driveways/gravel/decking?
We can but you must state this when booking an inflatable and there is an extra charge for hard standing as they will need to bolted down. We do fill the small holes on collection
- Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible on a hill. However if it is a very slight grass slope it may be ok. You will need to discuss this prior to the booking please contact us
- How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx. 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack away. However, this is only an estimate. Times may vary depending on which size castle you hire, and the state of your garden.
- What if it rains?
All of our castles have built in light shower covers so can still be used in un-settled weather conditions. Bouncy castles must not be used in very heavy rain due to safety reasons. If the weather is too bad you must ring us ASAP to cancel free of charge, DC Entertainment have the right to cancel if the weather deems un-safe for use
- Do you supply safety instructions?
